I have sent two people to them after I liked my service. Both times they tried to get over on them. The first was my little sister. She paid the deposit but was charged an extra $20 after the service for no reason. She only gave it back after I called to ask her why she charged her extra. The second time they did my cousin hair and she charged her extra for the hair. On the site it says nothing about being charged extra for the hair.its suppose to be included. I loved my experience at Pretty Star Hair Braiding. The stylist was professional, gentle, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of the braids is excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. Highly recommended❤️❤️❤️
