I'm giving a 5 star rating based on customer service alone. I had contacted Hillary and while she wasn't able to immediately help me she provided me with a reliable contact of one of her competitors in the area that could. I don't know of many if any business owners who would go out of their way like that and its obvious that Hillary and Pretty Pum Pum is the exception.

Hilari was amazing, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and not at all nervous. The whole place was immaculate and she explained what she was going to do before she did anything. I laughed the whole time and it didn't hurt very much at all. I was so satisfied that I even prepaid to come back and will be going there from now on.

Hillari is by far the best SPEED waxer I know!! Professional is to say the very least. She was understanding of my first time newbie questions and concerns & her wonderful personality kept me coming back over a year later!
