I called to inquire about service and the person who answered the phone did not seem welcoming nor professional. First impressions are lasting and the First Impression for me was spend your money elsewhere.

Honestly zero stars… I haven’t even had the chance to get my hair done. But I called for a frontal sew in and called to make sure what is included. front desk person kept hanging up on me. Website doesn’t match what is said. If a frontal sew in does not include the hair it needs to be listed on website. Y’all are actually very rude when it comes to new clients viewing from social media. So if you were a walk in client coming in for a frontal sew in you would be out of luck cause they don’t provide the hair. “WALK IN SERVICE.... read more
