The flower arrangement and balloons were ordered through 1800flowers for a friend/colleague in the hosital post surgery. The flowers look appear to be the right size and pretty and they added a stuffed bear, but they sent 1 "happy birthday" balloon instead of the 5 "feel better" balloons. It obviously was not what we ordered and the change from 5 balloons to 1 wrong balloon and stuffed bear should have been with approval from me. I was not consulted. We resolved the issue with 1800flowers on their part, but this is a mistake... read more
