Horribly unprofessional and rude. I would give negative stars if it was possible. TLDR: If you ask to reschedule 2 days in advance of an appointment due to an emergency, they will tell you no, cancel your appointment and then tell you that they can never give you an appointment ever again in the future - essentially banning you from their services. I don't want to leave a bad review for this business but I may have to leave somewhat overwarning about how this business may practice if you're not. Paying attention to their cancelation policy so my story is. I had miss put in my calendar A-day where I had to go from my appointment.
