No attention to details! I took my dog to this salon twice for a complete grooming. The first time, I brought a couple of notes regarding my dog's cut as well as a picture of how I wanted his face groomed. They kept the notes on file and said that they could fulfill my requests regarding his cut. Unfortunately, they had these notes but, didn't follow them! They cut my dog's face super short when they were supposed to keep the length. In addition, they didn't trim his ears or tail.
