Nobody can compare to Pretty Paws... I have a standard poodle and a cocker spaniel i have have been taking my dogs to pretty paws and they are great. My poodle gets a lamb cut and my cocker gets her cocker cut and every time i take my dogs over there they are very excited to get in the door and and can't wait to run and play on the floor as soon as all the dogs get in and samantha and all crew are very helpful if i have any questions. I know that my cocker is getting old and she is getting a lot of moles on her and samantha ... read more
Dirty, Stinky, Inconsistent! When you take your dog to the groomer, shouldn't you get him back smelling like he was washed? uhh.. not the case here. There is a funky smell there and the dog is returned with it! I mean he stinks until i wash him. Doesn't make sense.The place is very Dirty.Samantha is the only one who knows how to do a Schnauzer cut, but she no longer cuts.Time to find a new place.
Our Cat Loves Evereyone at Pretty Paws You know it is a great place for your pet when you walk in the door. They have dogs and cats - all around - and they get along famously. Our cat goes infor grooming and nail clipping - and she never complains - well maybe a little. We won't take our pet anywhere but Pretty Paws
No attention to details! I took my dog to this salon twice for a complete grooming. The first time, I brought a couple of notes regarding my dog's cut as well as a picture of how I wanted his face groomed. They kept the notes on file and said that they could fulfill my requests regarding his cut. Unfortunately, they had these notes but, didn't follow them!
