I had a very disappointing experience at Pretty Nails. I went in for a basic manicure and unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. The male nail technician did not properly cut my cuticles or file my nails evenly, and the overall finish looked incomplete. I politely explained that I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out, while also making it clear that I would still pay for the service. They took two appointments right away so coming in, I didn’t have too much expectations but, they definitely exceeded! This place is very clean, has lots of options, and a very fair price. It went very quickly, only taking 45 minutes for a gel tip with a cat eye and the staff here was great! I will definitely be coming back here!
