I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY HAVE REALLY UPDATED THE SHOP. IT IS A VERY UPSCALE AND RELAXING ENVIROMENT. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE QAULITY OF THEIR WORK FAR EXCEEDS ANY OTHER SALON I HAVE BEEN TO. IM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Look, I have no idea why there are even bad reviews for this place. Their service and quality are amazing. For those of you who complain about "the staff not understanding your requests", you're just a bunch of fake people from competitor stores because at Pretty Nails you pick your color out the moment you walk in. Your instructions are probably unclear or you switch halfway. Very poor service, my nails didn't turn how I explained. My eyebrows were burned due to hot wax applied.
