HANDS DOWN my new favorite nail salon!!! My friend and I came in during their grand opening week and we walked away feeling SO spoiled, pampered and refreshed! It was indeed a luxurious experience! I’ve been coming here since I’ve moved to Lakeland 3 years ago. And always happy with the service of the employees. The new shop looks amazing. I got the autumn special pedicure and the delicious spiced cider refreshment. I mean the service is top-tier and the out come is amazing no matter who I go to. I really love that bc my schedule is kind of crazy so sometimes I have to walk in. But I trust everyone here with my nails and pedicure.
I really appreciate how my previous issue was handled with a lot of professionalism and care. The manager came to me the next time I was in and sincerely (but not desperately) apologized for the time issue. He didn’t beg for me to change my review which showed genuineness. Booked gel mani and pedi for my next day vacation, appointment was for 9:30 didn’t get started on until about 10 not a big deal, Kelly was my tech she was nice and detailed, the new decor was beautiful atmosphere felt warm and welcoming everyone was friendly they even have holiday complimentary mocktails I got the Jack Frost was delicious, only con was I got charged extra $10 on my pedicure not sure why would like for them to explain charges more better. I was pleased with the outcome and will come back
