Real nice products ... even bulk refillable Oneka shampoos and lotions. Very pleasant calming vibe in the shop.
Unfriendly staff member who will treat you like an annoyance when you ask a question and then gaslight you for feeling uncomfortable. Will avoid this store going forward.
I never post negative reviews but this was an exception. Unfortunately very poor customer service. I went during a week day and was the only customer in the store. There were at least 3 staff there but I was ignored. When I asked for help, they seemed annoyed. When I checked out the employee had her back to me on her laptop for a FULL 5 minutes and I just stood there waiting to pay.
