I have been going to Pretoria Dental for almost 40 years now! Great service! However it seems as I age and get closer to retirement, so are many of the wonderful staff I have known over the years. Its life. I get it. But the service seems to have declined along with that. Despite having an 8:30am appointment, I wasn't seen until 8:50. Unless there was an emergency or extenuating circumstances, that's not ok. And I didnt get out until 9:50. For a routine cleaning with exrays.
