Rental Company Prete rentals has a very good history of treating people fairly. Even though I have only had my appartment for a few months, I do nelieve that they offer a fair deal to many students in need of close campus housing. Pricing varies, but it is generally very competetive. They usually give back deposits but they do not allow pets in their appartments.

It was so difficult for us to find a rental company that wouldn't make us get a 2 bedroom since we were expecting. Prete Rental let us have a 1 bedroom & did not charge us any extra after our daughter was born. And dont worry about parking! They provide parking passes for their residents and during game days hire a security guard to patrol the apartment & make sure only cars w... read more
