Being cut off mid-explanation with “so what’s wrong with you?” was frustrating and dismissive. The interaction felt unprofessional and belittling. The doctors seem rushed and it feels like there’s little genuine concern for patients’ health. In this visit, it honestly felt like I had to diagnose myself, only to be met with a judgmental “mmhmm” in response. If you want a doctor who cares, do not come here. The people working here are backwards dont waste your time coming here i was the very first appointment at 8am and i waited until 9am to be seen and ontop of that i had to pay $50
Walked-in to request an appointment for my son, turned up just after 11am and was able to book for 12pm midday. By the time I completed my son's paperwork & records (he was a new patient) it was only another 20mins or so wait to see the doctor. Happy with the appointment. Dr checked my son over thoroughly. Happy with the outcome & appointment.
