I had an appointment at 11:50 am for my son, but we weren't called in until 12:50 pm. I understand that occasional delays happen, and I don't mind waiting 20 or even 30 minutes if there's an emergency or an unexpected situation. However, there was no apparent emergency or reason for such a long delay today. Unfortunately, this seems to be an ongoing issue with Dr Nguyen's appointments. No Professionalism within this medical center, Very un-organized and not customer caring at all. Do not go to this place and highly would not recommend. Social Media will be hearing about this place.

Appointment made for 11.20 amI was there 11.15 am Time is 12.10 pm and still waiting to see doctor. Try to understand people who came to this medical centre are sick already and really tell whats the point of making an appointment. No explanation no apology given for that much wait
What a horrible experience I had this morning! Booked an appointment for my 2 yr old for 10:40am. Came to the clinic at 10:25am and told the young girl at the desk we were here for our 10:40. At 11:20am I still hadn’t been seen and went up to the reception she told me we were next. At 11:40 I still hadn’t been seen and told her to cancel the appointment I have been waiting over an hour!
