Very disappointing experience. Dr Nguyen was rude, dismissive and unprofessional when answering genuine questions, making my partner feel belittled and uncomfortable for asking for guidance. She visited seeking professional advice, yet felt as though asking questions was a problem. Rather than offering helpful guidance, the doctor made her feel blamed and unsupported. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, patience and empathy when seeking medical care.

I had an appointment at 11:50 am for my son, but we weren't called in until 12:50 pm. I understand that occasional delays happen, and I don't mind waiting 20 or even 30 minutes if there's an emergency or an unexpected situation. However, there was no apparent emergency or reason for such a long delay today. Unfortunately, this seems to be an ongoing issue with Dr Nguyen's appointments.
