Walked-in to request an appointment for my son, turned up just after 11am and was able to book for 12pm midday. By the time I completed my son's paperwork & records (he was a new patient) it was only another 20mins or so wait to see the doctor. Happy with the appointment. Dr checked my son over thoroughly. Happy with the outcome & appointment.

Worst service ever ,very rude receptionist never ever I'll go there again no manners she doesn't know how to behave or respect older, I was told not to go there again.and I am not going anymore.
I am wasting money on paying for medical fees when the job is not done properly. I have seen doctors need assistance for referrals or specialists for my Children. One referral I was given was not accurate and number was disconnected. The other I needed a hearing test for my son which asked if could be somewhere that is free due to his age. Rang after my appointment and was told it was $150. So money and time spent just goes down the drain.
