Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

So thankful for our chiropractor Dr Preston. My husband did something to his back over the weekend and could not move his neck or back with-out pain. We went to see Dr.Billy on Monday and Jeff improved so much. Went back last night & he is back to normal this morning! Thank you Dr. Billy. We love going to your office because you help us and you have not only have the nicest receptionist but also the funniest. Thank you Linda for making everyone in the office laugh out loud. Who knew going to chiropractor could be so fun.

Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Somewhat, but not too much Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, my decisions were always respected Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Not at all! I was in even more pain afterwards Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
