This is a hidden gem honestly. I just needed an affordable place closer to west plano and this does the job! Samantha, leasing agent, is pleasant and so helpful- which based on my apartment search is HARD TO COME BY. I feel safe and secure. Lots of things to do and eat around the location. I put in maintenance request Tuesday night- everything was fixed by Wednesday 4pm. No parking issues. No loud obnoxious neighbors. No pest infestations. Dog friendly. I'm a new tenant, only for a month so far. My very first impression was the grounds were very clean and plenty of parking spaces. When I scheduled a tour to view the apartment that I wanted, Samantha Perez was very knowledgeable, precise, and professional. She made the move in process so easy and fast. The apartment did have a few mishaps but the maintenance team, Efrain and Lenin, immediately came to fix the issues upon move in. I and my son and I have been here since January 2026 and this place is just so Clean,Matientence response vert quickly, and Tustworthy,Friendly neighbors, the atmosphere, also Great Best for Families/Long term Residents,just feels like HOME,not just a Rental,Wonderful Location, Schools ,Postoffice,Grocery Stores,Restaurants ,Banks,Parks,Hospitals, Car Dealerships, Car Repair Shop,Starbucks, order and pick up Coffee ,just Amazing Staff from office to Matientence, just Amazing Team
