I don't remember who my hygienist was, but she was ah-may-zing! I mentioned to her that I had some exposed nerves and that the cold water they used for rinsing was rather uncomfortable at times. Know what she did? She allowed the water to pool in my mouth (so it was warm) and allowed me to swish it around. Who does that? I was simply astonished at this level of 1) listening and 2) providing that kind of customer service. Well done!
