WORST PLACE in Dallas to live! They have too many units to manage and have terrible, outdated, low-quality appliances in them. The management staff argues with you and couldn't care less about their residents. These over-priced apartments were a bad place to move and we are literally wasting our money every month. I can't wait to move in October.
Our AC has not been working well for two weeks. We put in a few maintenance requests, and a guy finally comes out to look at it today around noon (before it really heats up). Says it's fine. When I get home at 4:30, our apartment is 85 degrees. So I call the office around 4:40; the lady who answers the phone says she'll let someone know right away so they can come back. It's 7:45, and our apartment is 90 degrees. Guess I'm not sleeping tonight.
