I bought my Mazda CX 5 3 months ago, went in today for my first oil change. The service people are the best, they were so caring and took their time!!!
Customer Service is second to none. I had the displeasure of purchasing my 2016 CX5 from Hertrichs in Dover. Absolutely LOVE the vehicle, hated the dealership. They were a bunch of sheisters when it came to a simple repair covered under my warranty. I drove an hour away to Preston and they took care of my issue promptly, professionally, and personally treated me like a gentleman. The hour trip was worth it.
Didn't purchase a vehicle but the service department is outstanding
