Great customer service and just an all around awesome staff!
This was my first time at Preston and I wasn't quite sure how long it would take me to get there. Of course, I arrived about and hour and a half early for my scheduled appointment. I was surprised that they took my vehicle right in. They did all the repairs I had asked to be done and was completed at the time they promised. All work was superior. Personnel were great and so was the waiting room. So happy I found them and now will continue to use them as my regular maintenance dealership. Thank you all....
I've been very satisfied with my Mazda 3 and the regular servicing I have done there, the lady behind the counter has always been very kind and helpful, however yesterday I took my car in for servicing and a detailing, they lost my button to my overhead light (which the very kind lady is helping me with so that's not my complaint) in order to save a little bit of money I scheduled a tire to be replaced elsewhere and they had offered to put in a plug for $20 this morning I woke up and my tire was completely flat, it would hav... read more
