It was not a great experience at all! We live over an hour away from the dealership so we contacted ahead and made an appt to see the vehicle. My husband works an hour away in the opposite direction so by the time we almost got there he had already been driving for two hours. The salesman even called while we were on our way to make sure we were still coming and told us She was having the car cleaned for us. Fast courteous response
My salesman John Kotalas was great!!! I bought the car. The service manager was great with the one little problem I had. Their finance department was very helpful getting me lower finance rate than my pre-approval rate that I already had which was very good. I live out of state and need an out of state title. That is the only problem that I am having. They still haven't mailed the paperwork. I am still using temporary plates.
