I had problem on Sunday and Dr Reynolds met me at his office Sunday afternoon to get me patches up until I could get in on Tuesday to replace an old cap that had popped off. You couldn't ask for better SERCICE and with a smile. Tuesdays visit went well. Now I got back in 2 weeks for the permanent cap.
The staff was welcoming and extremely accomodating from the moment I arrived and throughout by visit. Dr. Reynolds presentation of what to expect was a first for me, as I have never had that explained to me previously in any dental office. Also,every step of the process was explained as I went through and there was no rush to get through, but a very good work pace maintained at all times. The visit was very good and I am very satisfied with the service I recieved.
Another great experience at Dr. Reynolds office. They always send out plenty of reminders, see me on time, and staff is friendly (Carissa is the best!).
