Worked with a new hygienist, Stephanie; she didn't miss a beat... I missed my regular hygienist, Crysta. Stephanie was enjoyable and enthusiastic about her work. We could have talk all day. It's awesome that the office have staff that's interchangeable. A true compliment to Dr. Reynolds.
It was real good first visit. First Dr Reynolds and his staff didn't scare the hell out of me like a few dentist I encountered before, they were very professional and gentle at the same time while discussing and formulating a plan for my dental needs. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Always professional and friendly. Scheduled appointments are prompt. Staff makes every effort to fit you in for an unscheduled appointment. Dr. Reynolds is very good at explaining what needs to be done.
I always enjoy my visits to see Dr. Reynolds, Carissa and Julie. They are so nice, makes me feel comfortable every visit. Carissa, my hygienist, gives me vital feedback when she cleans my teeth. She lets me know what I'm doing right and areas that I need to give a little more attention. I appreciate it very much, hopefully it will help prevent issues down the road. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist!
