When your coolant keeps disappearing, car keeps over heating, wont stop smoking white out the exhaust, and the dealer replaces your thermostat twice for it being “stuck open” according to the service advisor, you know it’s time to move on to a different dealership. After bringing my car to a different dealer they immediately diagnose that coolant is making its way into cylinder 1, and ended up replacing the head under warranty. Good people, excellent customer service. Been to two Chevy dealerships, Turan-Foley and Preston-Hood. I liked Preston-Hood much better easier to get in and out of and the service were much nicer than Turan-Foley.
