Want you to know what kind of park this is. This is the price Patty stated to me on Jan 16, 2023, 1:42 PM Red Run Park "Did you want to come in today to see the one for $20,000". On Jan 25 Patty informed me the park bought it. Obviously they paid under $20,000 that the people were asking. Patty then informs me "Donald, The homeowner paid $27,995.00 for this home.
