The exam was very rushed and I am not comfortable with the results. After the glasses were picked out, they were ordered. None of the staff called and notified me that the glasses arrived. Four weeks after the exam I called and they said they came in. The staff is very unprofessional and they want you in and out and your money of course. Afterwards, I went to a national chain and got another exam done and the results were different. I was measured for my glasses and everything was as expected. I highly recommend taking your ... read more

PEC has had my prescription redo for over three weeks now and I can't get anyone to call me back. Any suggestions on next steps!?! I've already paid - of course. I notice they are not BBB accredited, which should have been my first red flag.

Do not take your business here! My experience was terrible. Firstly, the eye exam was not thorough as the diagnostic machine measuring eye pressure would not operate correctly. The optician told me not to worry about it (??) Then, when my glasses arrived, the progressive lens did not have any magnification at the bottom of the lens. The optician suggested I wear them for a couple of days and see if I could adjust. (???) I declined and refused to leave the office with the glasses until they were correct. This morning I receiv... read more

Always had a hard time finding a place that took medicade for my kids. They are nice ans well mannered. Any style your looking for is their. I had a hard time thinning out my glasses at different places and they where able to make then light as a feather and not hurt any more. If you want a get place to go for glasses stop there.

The doctor is very competent, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. It's been three weeks and I have yet to receive my contacts, and they never called to tell me they were on back order. I also think I payed a bit more than necessary for the exams, and my glasses. Next time i'll take my business elsewhere.

I have had eye exams before. It normally costs $90 or less. I had insurance, so I used it here. I was required to pay $112.00, and then they got paid by my insurance company another $125.00 There was nothing special. Just a routine exam. Like I said, I felt ripped off.
