During their last promotion, I took my car in to see what needed done. My car needed way more than I expected or could afford. Despite my financial situation, Mr. Preston and jis employees really worked with me. They maf sure that my car would be fixed properly without me having to stress over the finances. I want to thank everyone in the Chevy service department for being so kind and helpful, especially Aronie. Aronie took care of me through this whole process. Thank you everyone at Preston!!!

My salesman would not put his phone down when I was trying to make my purchase. The service department basically called me a liar when my truck indeed needed a new transmission. I called yesterday to see if my non working air conditioner is covered under the warranty. I was told no way to know until they see the vehicle and determine the ac in fact does need repaired. Always a great experience here! We have purchased several cars from JJ Moore. He makes us feel welcome and we look forward to seeing what colorful ensemble he is wearing each time we come in the showroom. Dude has some crazy cool shoes! The service department is great too! Adam Brown is the best. He looks out for you and knows what is right for your vehicle each time you come in. Glad to call some of these people friends and family.
I want to say that the Service Dept and Preston Chevrolet just made my day. I have had my truck serviced here for many years. Adam, my service coordinator, called to tell me my truck was ready, then asked what's my job. Told Adam that I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant. He stated that " Preston is helping our front line workers during the month of May" and proceeded to give me a HUGE discount on my repairs. Nice people to work with, nice surroundings, "Classy Show Rooms", and an all around good experience.
I had a really bad week, like really bad and the last thing I needed was an unplanned trip to a mechanic. So of course my check engine light came on. I was TERRIFIED to have it looked at for fear that it would be something major. Spoiler Alert: It was but, because I'm an essential employee, they added a discount saving me half the cost. I won't take my car anywhere else. Thank-you Jill and Brian at Kia and Greg Chismar for making a crappy week, less miserable. You have NO idea what this means to me.
