Bought a car in April 2019... It was totalled 11/4/19... I called Preston Kia to cancel my extended warranty coverage. They seemed genuinely concerned about my safety and my wellbeing after the collision. Of course, I needed a new car (didn't matter if new or pre-owned). I have never before looked forward to having to take my car in for maintenance in all my many years of buying cars. Love to go there and be made to feel like I was the only customer in the place. They listenn to an old lady and take my comments about my car seriously.
