I went in looking for a particular car that had sold that morning. Luckily, they had another similar model. Test drove with my sales rep Mark Munnell and he was interested in what my needs were, not what he could sell me. Afterwards, his boss Mark Root assured me that they would work with me and match any deal I could find.
