Honest review: manager Joy and maintenance man Carlos are very helpful, good location close to LBJ, small quaint quiet complex, option for garage, and nice neighbors. Cons: The homeless that live under the bridge and the pile up of shopping carts they leave at the entrance, looks tacky. The entry gate keeps breaking and need to fix the broken key fob lock to the mailroom. I wish neighbors cleaned up after their dogs, we do, and didn't leave trash out on wrong trash days but thats a common problem at every complex. All in all... read more
I’ve been living here for about a year, and overall, I am very pleased with my experience here, especially since the Joy transitioned to being property manager. My Lord. Before she came, I had to chase down every request I made (like doubling and tripling back on questions). Not with her. She has an incredibly sweet and gentle spirit and most importantly, she does what she says she’s gonna do. She really cares about me as a resident. I sent an email about something yesterday.
