A+ I have been at PB 4 years now. Pros: quaint, nice size apartments for the price, clean quiet pool area, friendly neighbors, great manager & maintenance team. Cons: some dog owners don't clean up their dog's poop, smoke pot which makes other apartments smell, and trash company needs improvement. I’ve lived here since 2024, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The buildings are a bit older, but I think the layouts make more sense and the interior is better quality than every apartment building that’s been built in DFW in the last 10 years (I think I toured all of them before I moved here lol). My experience with Richdale Management was extremely disappointing. Despite providing documentation that my dog is an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), I was still charged pet fees that should never have been assessed. I did everything I was supposed to do, yet the charges remained on my account. Rather than working with me to correct the issue, Richdale allowed the balance to continue growing and ultimately sent it to collections, where additional fees were added.
