It took me a while to make this review since leaving here, but aside from the garage Which came in handy this place is old and the amount of cockroaches and spiders I found in my apartment was scary especially the cockroaches. I’m afraid of cockroaches and there was always some inside of my place in my garage. It was bad! Great customer service Joy is the best property manager
Having previously lived in Preston Bridge Apartments is what prompted me to recently return. The apartments have great square footage, larger than normal bedrooms, and more closet space compared to most apartment communities and attached garages are available. The gated and quiet neighborhood is set off from Preston Road, giving it more privacy, which many long-time residents appreciate. We recently moved into Preston Bridge Apartments Dallas location and the manager Joy has been the most helpful and courteous manager I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. She listens and gets things taken care of with no hesitation. Joy and Carlos are the best team to make you feel comfortable and at home. Carlos the maintenance man is always on time and gets the job done correctly and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your request before he leaves.
