Preston Bend is a wonderful place to live — peaceful, pleasant, and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities I need, and its spacious layout makes it a truly special home for me.
warning i do not recommend moving here. I moved here July 28th and a couple hours after i moved in, i immediately noticed roaches! Baby roaches were all over the floor, crawling. Roaches were on the countertop, in the tub, on the toilet, and even in the REFRIGERATOR. I had to throw away so much stuff after moving in, including my bed. I should have known they had pests because as i was moving in, i noticed that there was a letter posted on the outside of the door stating that pest control will be there the following Monday,... read more
Those of you that are looking for a new home look no further Preston Bend is your place. The maintenance on property the absolute BEST! No kidding no matter how big or small they gets the job done. I'm in my 9th year here and I absolutely love it. We're just like family here. I wouldn't change a thing. LOVE YOU GUYS. :)
I don’t mean to sound paranoid, but some of these new residents give off seriously sketchy vibes. It’s like the leasing office stopped caring who they rent to. I just wish they’d be a little more selective it doesn’t feel as safe around here anymore.
