I don’t mean to sound paranoid, but some of these new residents give off seriously sketchy vibes. It’s like the leasing office stopped caring who they rent to. I just wish they’d be a little more selective it doesn’t feel as safe around here anymore.

Preston Bend has been my home for the last 5 years and not once have I had a concern. It’s clean, quiet and the staff is always so nice. I love their pool and all the amenities. In my 5 years, I’ve only needed maintenance assistance 2-3 times and each time, they fixed my issues within minutes. I’ve never had complaints of loud neighbors or dogs barking. I’ve always felt safe. I absolutely love Preston Bend and highly recommend it for anyone to make it their Home
Been living here since 2021 and I can say I really enjoy it here. Things are calm and quiet, things a home should be. Area is also safe, with many things relatively easy to drive to due to it being close to DNT and George Bush. Happily renewing my lease soon !
This apartment complex has earned every star. Anything that's broken is fixed speedily and with courtesy. The staff is very pleasant, understanding and works with you to help with a solution. And the amazon lockers for your deliveries is a wonderful addition to living here .
