RecommendedWe’ve been carrying our two cats to Preston for many years and over the past 4 months both have crossed the rainbow bridge. The only plus is the doctors but their care is dictated by management and money. Only if you spend 20k a year here will you be treated with respect. Melissa is all about making her bonus and will cut throats to get there. Never ever board here, pets are left ALONE FOR OVER 15 hours!!!! And daycare dogs go outside for about 30 min and spend the rest of the time in a crate. Techs are caring and great but their hands are tied by piss poor managers
Dr. Fried and her staff were super supportive and compassionate. Great with animals and humans alike.
We drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Suter!!! Tails may not be as happy with her but she will get better because of her care.
Husband and I are very happy with the team at Preston Animal Hospital. They are accommodating, knowledgeable and treat our pets with care and understanding. Dr. Harper is an awesome vet as he is approachable and won’t hesitate to expound on the pets’ condition/s, proposed treatment and next steps. Five stars!

Patient and well trained staff for not just answering questions but also understanding each furbaby individually. We definitely made the right choice by coming here!
