I am still having problems with carpenter bees. And the Service technician who emailed me was not very informative and very blunt. They are supposed to come back for a second treatment and I am hoping the problems I experienced are fixed.
The staff of Terminix Presto-X does an excellent job on pest control. They are thorough and work closely with the home owner to get the job done. I highly recommend them!
Do NOT give them any money! It’s a scam! I paid 199.00 for them to come to my home and lie and say they took care of things when they DID NOT. I call the same main number to get help and someone not even in the United States answers! Run as fast as you can from this company!
Caleb and Guinness did a thorough/outstanding job. Every was very professional.
