The hornets that had me terrified kept coming back. My Terminex technician, John, went way above and aboard to get rid of them. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained his plan to get rid of these dangerous insects. As the hornets did nit appear active or in their nest when he first came by, he returned that same evening where he located the hornets, their nest and where he was able to kill many, spraying a powder with a residue that would kill any hornets might have been away when he sprayed... read more
