HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We purchased a home w a termite contract through this company. We received a "last chance" notice to renew the policy, no prior notices. Called to get a copy of current contract on 5/25 the lady kept asking me to pay the renewal over the phone but we wanted to see what we were paying for since we didnt sign the original contract. Become an honest company.
We needed a certificate for act of sale. The man who came out, Chris, put in the inspection there was a crack in the slabs so we may lose the sale on our house. He is not a licensed contractor Or structural engineer. This was not in his scope of expertise...e should not have put this on this document. Don’t use this company. Stay away from them.
They stole $750 from me for unfulfilled service as contracted.. No call backs. This is my first negative post on Facebook or anywhere else for that matter. So that should tell you how I was badly burned and treated.
