Best dry cleaners I’ve been to in miami. I thought my dress was ruined and too far gone until I brought it here and now it looks brand new.
Terrible Service – They Ruined My Pants! I had a horrible experience with Presto Dry Cleaner. I took my pants in for cleaning, and when I got them back, the waistband was completely ruined—the stitching came undone, and the belt loop was torn off. The pants are now unwearable until the belt is fixed . When I complained, their response was, “The waistband isn’t meant to be washed.” So why did they wash it in the first place? If they had told me that beforehand, I would have never left my pants there! This level of negligence ... read more
Really unprofessional service. I went there and they took my clothes without warning me about risks my different kind of clothes have. Once i went to pick up they were delaying my order until they finally showed me what was happening. One of my items was destroyed during the process and then they told me look this fabric had the risk of ripping apart if we put it in the dry cleaner.
