Excellent client service and pre-cleaning appointment! Matt was helpful and responsive at all times. Johnny, our chimney sweep, was awesome! Highly suggest them for your chimney since they did a fantastic job, were extremely personable, and were tolerant of my dog.

The Prestigiously Chimney Sweep crew is outstanding. They were really quick, efficient, and kind when we needed our fireplace to be inspected and cleaned. We wholeheartedly endorse them and would hire them again if we ever needed ductwork or a fireplace in our unit.

I have to add that Jason provides exceptional customer service. She was really kind when I had to change my appointment since we had to close all of our vents for medical reasons. If you're going to arrange a cleaning, please take into account this company because they are highly attentive and customer focused.

I spoke with Matt on the phone when I called Prestigiously Chimney Sweep about fixing a few fractures in my chimney bricks. I was given a next-day appointment with Matt. The next morning, Jason arrived, conducted a thorough check, and completed the repairs. Everything was done to my delight, and Jason was really kind and professional. Absolute also provided me with a 3-year warranty on their work. Prestigiously Chimney Sweep is a company that I would unquestionably employ again.

Matt and Jason were fantastic. timely, orderly, and simple to use In about two hours, they cleaned our (I'll admit it) dirty ducts and chimney. They were orderly and tidy, leaving just the fireplace and fresh air as evidence of their presence. Without a doubt, we would suggest Prestigiously Chimney Sweep to everyone!
