Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0 stars. Let me start by saying, I had worked at a large auto dealer in NJ for about 4 years (left about 9 months ago to pursue a new career). The age old saying, you shop at the beginning of the month and buy at the end of the month holds true. A dealer is always looking to move metal off the lot and you can get your sweetest deal then. We purchased our 2016 XC90 Inscription from Ron last September and had absolutely no regrets. We love this car more every time we drive it. He was a wonderful salesman. So courteous, patient, and professional, answering all our questions and concerns. Very laid back and not at all pushy and aggressive like most salesmen. We spent most of the day there as we were conflicted about which car we wanted to buy and wanted to wait to drive it home that day once we had the paperwork done.
