I had the worst experience ever with Prestige. I would highly recommend you stay away from this firm. Hiding damage done to the car is wrong. I will be heading to the auto body shop to rectify this.

I stopped here when the oil light on my Volvo came on unexpectedly. I was on my way to pick up my son at camp. The service department was tremendously busy, but the staff made time to top off my oil and make sure the car was safe to continue my trip. I received unbelievable service at Prestige Volvo. If I lived here, Prestige would be my local garage! I left feeling confident in my car and warm and fuzzy inside that there are still people out there willing to help a traveler in distress. I wasn't even late to pick up my son!
Jersey is rough on consumers but shining stars like Prestige makes it a easier to live here... they are a bit of a drive from Edgewater but welll worth every mile...fair prices and a capable and friendly staff that make a vehicle purchase as easy and friendly as possible minus the big city attitude... they have my business as long I live Jersey
I must say that whoever is running the place truly knows I want to team everyone works together and they're on the same page definitely will be back again for service
What can I say!!! From walking in the door to driving away lindsey was amazing! We drove about an hr and she made my kids comfortable, accommodating to all our needs and we had the best outcome! I will recommend lindsey and prestige Volvo 100% thank you for making us one happy family!
