I am deeply disappointed with the customer service of PRESTGE VOLKSWAGEM Melbourne, I have already taken my Taos with the same problem three times and the first two times they told me the car was fine only then the third time they find the problem and since then it has been two weeks that the car is in maintenance and they always reschedule the end of the service I have only this car and they are not concerned about me or my family they have never given me a support or alternative during all this time.
Run don't walk from this place. If you want a VW, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Orlando. Service here is atrocious. This dealer only cares about $$$, not customer satisfaction. Sit in the waiting area and just listen to people complain and that will tell you all you need to know. Terrible terrible terrible experience with completely arrogant and unethical management.
