Prestige evaluator Andrew Mills arrived 15 mins. late because the Del Mar office sent him from El Cajon for an estimate. He was not informed that I requested an estimate for restoration. He saw part of the floor had a commercial sealer on it and would be removed. I acknowleged that and told him he was the expert and I wanted the floor restored.
