The nail tech forgot to put soap in the water and I had to tell him and my service was rushed. Didn't even get everything I paid for. I will not be returning. Customer service is not good.
Ms. JoAnn is amazing with my neice with Autism. They make her feel so comfortable and she enjoys being here. There are many places she experience anxiety but never at Prestige Spa and Nails. Thank you Ms. JoAnn and all other technicians for being so kind to Keri.
