I've used this company for a few decades and they had wonderful service and my yard was free of weeds. The last few years I've had increasing weeds and my grass is dying. I understand I need to prune a tree again but that doesn't account for the rest of the yard. The last few years I have watched my grass slowly die and the weeds still growing. The quality of the physical service itself was good. Disappointed with the customer service of the owner and front desk/office rep. They could’ve been more reasonable and respectful regarding the way the accounts & billing were handled, but weren’t. I had 6 accounts with them and cancelled them all due to this. Hope they improve
We have used many different services for our yard over the 23 years we have lived here and we are most pleased with the past 2 years with Prestige. In addition to our yard looking amazing, we always have a great feedback from our technician and friendly customer support from the office.
We've used them for many years and are very pleased. They always leave a long note about they have done. Very professional.
When people constantly ask how you keep your lawn looking so beautiful, you know you've got the right people taking care of it! If we ever have anything going on with the lawn or shrubs, one email and they are out to the house to evaluate and treat. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
