VERY, VERY UNRESPONSIVE! NRAD AND ALLYSSA! Our daughter rented a vacation home for a week in Ocean City NJ using Brad & Allyssa they gave us the wrong code for the front door. The door was open when we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we unpacked and left to walk the boards for dinner. Upon returning we were unable to unlock the door with the code they provided us. A full service property management company. Brad and Alysa are knowledgeable on current rental laws, market trends and have easy to read monthly reports. They can handle remodels, ongoing maintenance and leasing. As a bonus, they are nice to work with on my rentals!
