I’ve been renting ever since I was 17 years old and I’ve dealt with a lot of unfair property management. Prestige property management has been absolute great! They care about their home by providing wonderful communication skills and understanding with the tenets when issues arise. These wonderful ladies have treated us with such human decency. Towards on moving out and as we cleaned up the house ( not %100 perfect ), they charged on what I believe to be a reasonable amount.

Unpleasant
The TLDR version: Expect long lead times for repairs, for Prestige personnel and vendors to misdial phone numbers and fat finger email addresses when it proves convenient and, most importantly, don’t expect your deposit back. I rented at 1208 N 7th Street in the north end of Boise. Utilities (water, sewage, electricity, garbage) were a flat monthly fee in addition to the monthly rent. Internet/TV was not included. I didn’t even rent from these people and just had a horrible email interaction with I believe to be the owner Amy Beth. Very unorganized in the business and rude. I was told the security deposit would be one thing from one of the employees and then she said it was going to be more. Then I came to the reviews and am honestly not surprised at what i’m seeing. So glad I didn’t move forward with it.
