I didn’t even rent from these people and just had a horrible email interaction with I believe to be the owner Amy Beth. Very unorganized in the business and rude. I was told the security deposit would be one thing from one of the employees and then she said it was going to be more. Then I came to the reviews and am honestly not surprised at what i’m seeing. So glad I didn’t move forward with it.
NEVER RENT FROM PRESTIGE!! They completely took advantage of us on our security deposit. They charged us $800 for carpet cleaning when the carpets were spotless!! We even had professional cleaning done on the carpets because we like to leave things better than we found them. They charged us to remove a lawnmower that the property came with, and a bunch of other nonsense. Horrible company.

Prestige is run by literal crooks. I sued them because of the insane amount of lies and deception that they will tell to try and keep your deposit and swindle you out of money. Been trying to get ahold of Prestige Property Management for 5 days to no avail. They're making it impossible to even show interest in properties they have listed. They have not answered their phone once, they don't respond to texts or emails. They don't respond to attempts at contact through Zillow or Rentler. After reading reviews, I am glad! I can't imagine renting from them and having it be this difficult to contact them if something happened. I'd be beyond frustrated. I feel sorry for people stuck in contracts with them... read more
