Crystal is a really good realtor. She really helped us find what we were looking for. She communicated with us everyday to show she was still helping us. She also made sure our application would stand out from everyone else's. If we were not able to see an apartment she would go and take pictures and a video of it for us. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. If you are looking to move you will not regret calling her.
I am currently renting one house, out of 2 on a property in Newton Managed by this "company" and let me tell you they are atrocious to deal with. They only communicate through an APP that you have to send a message to... you will be ignored, don't worry the property management guy Carey Klemm doesn't know anything about property management. Mariam is the most unprofessional aspect of this business. Her level of service is inexcusable. Her demeanor is abhorrent. She is rude, and quite frankly I believe she shouldn’t be working with the public at all.
My experience with prestige was amazing! Kyle is always so helpful and professional. He helped sell 2 of our apartments and sold us the condo we always wanted.
