Never have I ever waited in a waiting room longer then 10 min , our whole family has been seeing Dr Frame since 2006 he is great Doc
The Dr is great but the staff is terrible. They never answer the phone when u call, it’s always a voice mail then they don’t call u back. They failed to send in a referral for a test for my son so the insurance company denied the claim. My insurance company says the referring Dr needs to send in the referral for them to cover.. I have called every week for the last 5 weeks and nobody returns my call, absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! Dr Moore knows his stuff. Explains everything and makes sure you are on a healthy path.
Have seeing Dr.Moore since 1998 or so, and my children see Dr. Frame, great friendly service with a smile, and the staff is really kind and helpfull!!
Dr. Moore has been our doctor for a long time and we like him - when we can get in to see him! the office staff don't seem to be on top of the phones. all day today i have been trying to call to get an appointment and the phone keeps asking me for a pass code and a mail box number. sometimes i will call at 10am or in the afternoon and the answering machine saying they're at lunch or closed will be on. i am seriously considering changing doctors AND I DON'T WANT TO but i have to be able to see the doctor when i need to see hi... read more
