Note for UMB students: Although my photos turned out good, your senior portraits cost $73 for ONE 8x10 portrait. Digital copies are over $400. I'm not joking about any of these prices. Going to the appointment was disorganized because a bunch of people who came way earlier than their initial appt time got their photo taken before me, because instead of the photographer calling out people's names based on appointment times, he simply based it on who signed into the computer first. I don't recommend anyone booking their service. They are very irresponsible and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with them at UMB, getting to the location, they are no where to be found, i called their unhelpful customer service, then i was directed to go to their office in Woburn. I got there, only to find out there was noone there. I called their phone several time with no answer. If there was zero star, i would give it to them. PLS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE!!
I took my senior pictures more than two weeks ago. They had told me that I would receive them no more than two weeks. I have been calling several times and no one is there to answer the phone.
