I ordered pictures through my daughter's school over a month ago and I STILL have not gotten them nor have I been able to get ahold of customer service for answers as to where they are at. It's to the point where I'll be reporting fraud to my bank.
Posting a 1 star rating due to lack of customer service. I've order pictures and they never came. Made a complaint and still could not get my order right. Ive reached out multiple times.
It is a lab where they develope portraits. I'm happy to say I have worked their for 22 years.
Pictures came on time, and they were nice. Prices were good as well
