I ordered spring photos for my kid, who kept waiting all day to be called down & even saw a couple classmates go, but never got called. Excited to get dressed up. I called a couple days later & they said they’d refund it but even THAT didn’t happen. Reported fraud to my cc.
I ordered pictures through my daughter's school over a month ago and I STILL have not gotten them nor have I been able to get ahold of customer service for answers as to where they are at. It's to the point where I'll be reporting fraud to my bank.
