4+ stars for the location and the people here. I came in for a question and needed help for a scholarship application. The people were lovely and helpful. I had tried to call before my visit. The local phone connects to the corporate phone death trap. Press numbers for whatever, when you get to a person that person isn't in this country nor do they have the capacity to answer your question. Frustrating. Frustrating. If the local phone is listed. Please allow me to talk to the local people a lot more easily.
