I would not recommend Prestige Pool Services. My biggest issue was the service quality and lack of accountability. For months, I had visible algae in my pool. I raised the issue repeatedly, and week after week I was told it would be addressed on the next visit. That never solved the problem. To top it all off, immediately after I let Chuck go and terminated Prestige’s services, my new pool vendor came out, tested the water, and found almost every level out of balance.
